We identified poor ventilation as the source of the mold problem, installed a new exhaust fan, removed all mold-damaged drywall, treated the affected area with an anti-mold product, applied a preventive treatment, installed new drywall, completed taping and sanding, primed the surfaces, and painted the room. The result is a clean, fully restored bathroom with smooth finished walls and ceiling.
